Stuart joined Dan Everson Podiatry in 2002 and specialises in biomechanics, paediatrics and helping athletes prevent and recover from chronic overuse injuries.
As a keen junior triathlete in his teens, Stuart was drawn to study podiatry at LaTrobe University in Melbourne after finding long-term relief from shin splints with custom orthotics. He is passionate about helping others in similar situations and loves how good orthotics can be used to resolve conditions, rather than just mitigating symptoms.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys travelling with his family and keeping fit. Surfing is his primary passion alongside triathlon and yoga—he is even studying to become a yoga instructor!
“I am very passionate about all areas of health and wellbeing, both mental and physical. I pride myself on a holistic approach to podiatry, giving equal weight to resolve the current issue and prevent reoccurrence in the future.” —Stuart
