About Sarah

I completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry) at Charles Sturt University in Albury and since then, I’ve been lucky to work across a variety of podiatry settings — from private practice in Canberra to aged care and high-risk foot care. I believe in treating every person with empathy, respect, and genuine care, and I love building connections with the people I work with.

Although I grew up in landlocked country Victoria, I’ve always had a love for the water. I spent my younger years in swim squads, playing water polo, and teaching swimming. Now living in beautiful Noosa, I’ve swapped the pool for the ocean swimming and surf.

Staying active has always been a big part of my life, and it’s what sparked my interest in musculoskeletal health and injury prevention. I’ve gained valuable skills in biomechanical assessments, Foot Mobilisation, Dry Needling, and injury management guided by the Tissue Stress Theory. I also enjoy all aspects of podiatry, including skin and nail care, diabetic foot health, and surgical nail procedures.

I’m proud to be part of the Noosa community and love helping locals stay active, healthy, and moving well. I look forward to meeting you in the clinic!
