We understand that life can get in the way and prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment.
Please understand that we require at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. This allows us to allocate your time slot to those on our waiting list.
If you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your treatment. Please note, this fee is not claimable through Medicare or your Private Health Fund.
We provide courtesy reminders via SMS or phone call prior to your appointment. However, your appointment is your responsibility to attend or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, regardless of if you receive a reminder or not.
