The Kinetic Method

The Kinetic Method

The Kinetic Method was created by podiatrist and author Dan Everson. It is a revolutionary approach to customised orthotics design based on the results of extensive clinical research which factors in the balance of forces required for efficient movement and a patient’s style of moving to improve their condition, as opposed to merely recording the foot contour.

It also takes into account research into biomechanics and leverages the potential of Dan’s own state of the art modern computer integrated manufacturing technology. This is combined with foot morphology and kinetic clinical data to custom design and manufacture orthotics for individual patients.

The technology underpinning the Kinetic Method was recently granted a patent. This milestone was achieved because of the way Kinetic Orthotics improve the way force is transferred when patients walk. This means any orthotics ordered using this method are designed with every aspect of a client’s feet and movement style in mind.
