After receiving a Medical Science degree from the University of Sydney in 2009, Mya went on to study Podiatry at the University of Western Australia, graduating in 2014. During her time in Perth, she also obtained certificates in acupuncture, dry needling and Kinesiology taping.
Mya joined Dan Everson Podiatry in 2015, working on the Sunshine Coast for 4 years before moving to Brisbane in 2019. She enjoys all aspects of podiatry but holds a special interest in biomechanics, orthotic therapy, diabetic foot care, ingrown toenail treatment and paediatrics.
Mya speaks Mandarin and is accredited to translate and interpret in both community and medical settings. She is an avid reader and loves to travel.
